Phil Mills, CPA, is a senior manager in Aronson’s Government Contract and Employee Benefit Plan Services Group. Along with 10+ years of public accounting experience, Phil’s technical ability, community involvement, and passion for training make him a stand-out professional.

Phil’s industry expertise primarily includes employee benefit plans and government contracting. Phil also participates in internal inspections with the Quality Control Group, develops and presents Continued Professional Education courses, presents at conferences, and participates on various subcommittees at the firm.

Outside of our office, Phil is a proud member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants’ (MACPA) Employee Benefit Plan Committee and also works as a contracting educator for 20-20 Services and Thomson Reuters’ Audit Watch University.
