Phil Mills, CPA, is a manager in Aronson’s Government Contract and Employee Benefit Plan Services Group. Along with nine years of public accounting experience, Phil’s technical ability, community involvement, and passion for training make him a stand-out professional.

Phil’s industry expertise includes employee benefit plans and government contracting, as well as indirect cost rate engagements, bank collateral engagements, and more.

Outside of our office, Phil is a proud member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants’ (MACPA) Employee Benefit Plan Committee and also works as a contracting educator for Thomson Reuters’ Audit Watch University.
