Kevin Gerrity focuses on Aronson’s most valued asset: its people. In his dual role, Kevin directs Aronson’s people strategy and leads Aronson’s strategic search consulting practice.
As Chief People Officer, Kevin drives team culture and engagement, learning and development, and talent acquisition initiatives to support the firm’s position as an “employer of choice” and fuel its continued growth. As a member of the firm’s Operations Management Team, he gives Aronson’s people a seat at the table in deciding the firm’s strategic direction.
Kevin was a driving force behind the launch of Aronson Executive Search. In his role as director, he helps organizations meet their business objectives through strategic talent acquisition. Since joining Team Aronson in 2012, Kevin has fully revitalized the firm’s recruiting operations, ranging from campus and entry-level hires to strategic executive level searches. With both Aronson and his external clients, Kevin’s goal is the same—to maximize the potential mutual return on the employee/employer relationship investment.
Prior to joining Team Aronson, Kevin worked as an auditor at a “Big 4” public accounting firm and as an executive recruiter focused on the accounting and finance skill sets. Having spent the majority of his career on the professional and operational sides of accounting firms, he is incredibly passionate about the industry and unwavering in his commitment to improve the experiences of industry professionals and recruits. His community involvement demonstrates his passion towards mentoring young professionals and empowering them to take charge of their careers.
