Craig Kucik, CVA, is a manager in Consulting Services at Aronson. He manages and performs business valuation projects from start to finish for purposes such as mergers and acquisitions, gifting, estate settlement, succession planning, stock option and stock appreciation rights, and purchase price allocations.

Craig primarily serves the government contracting, construction and real estate, technology, and professional services industries. He is a trusted advisor to shareholders and key management personnel of small and middle-market companies and their families, attorneys, bankers, and private equity firms.

Bringing over a decade of extensive experience in valuations for asset-based lenders, including America’s largest banks, Craig is known for his ability to value “hard-to-value” assets such as lease streams, oil and gas pipelines, and beer-distributing rights. Based out of the Midwest, Craig also possesses substantial experience in valuing manufacturing businesses.

The diversity of services Craig provides makes him a unique asset to Aronson’s Consulting team. Craig helps buyers and sellers of businesses, families planning for gifting, banks in need of valuations for collateral and determining advance rates, individuals and attorneys going through divorce proceedings or pursuing financial damages, and anyone in need of valuations that need to stand up to the rigor of the IRS. His tenacity, insight, and attention to detail allow him to provide timely and thorough guidance to his clients.

Craig is a Certified Valuation Analyst through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is also currently pursuing the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation through the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). In addition to his role at Aronson, Craig is an active member of NACVA and ASA and was a former ambassador for the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce. He is also actively involved with the South Side Scholarship Foundation.

Craig attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics.
