Clint Woofter is a director in Aronson’s Government Contract Services Group. With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in a highly regulated operating environment, Clint provides a wide range of financial compliance advisory services for Federal Government Contractors. Clint serves as a corporate subject matter expert, bringing his extensive knowledge on all activities involving CAS, FAR, GAAP, and more. His recent focus has been with external restructuring, indirect rate consolidations, acquisitions and integrations of contractors.

Clint is a dedicated team-player, always open and respectful to the ideas of others. He believes in working smarter, not harder, utilizing modern tools, standard business processes, and business systems to get quality work done efficiently. Prior to joining Aronson, Clint served as a Vice President, directing government accounting compliance activities and ensuring consistently compliance with all aspects of the CAS and FAR including properly filed disclosure statements, incurred cost submissions, forward pricing, adherence to the business system requirements, contract closeout billings, and records management. In the community, Clint is a frequent speaker at various industry events and seminars and serves as the Chair of Professional Services Council Contract Finance and Cash Flow Committee.

Clint holds a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from The American University, and an Associate of Arts in Accounting at Montgomery College.
