Brendan Bohan is a strategic relationship manager for Aronson’s Construction and Real Estate Services Group.
Brendan is experienced in client relationships and business development, serving clients and prospective clients by connecting the appropriate accounting and business advisory services to their needs and providing ideas that create value. His unique perspective is rooted in years of A/E/C industry experience and client service on both operational & business development matters.
Brendan possesses over 15 years of comprehensive business development, contract management and program management experience in the federal government, corporate, healthcare, research, and higher education marketplace. He has worked on a multitude of varying facility projects that have included turnkey construction/renovation programs, furniture management programs, transition planning/move management/relocation programs, facilities maintenance/management projects and IT programs. He has worked extensively with the General Services Administration (GSA), and has been tasked to develop procurement strategies for various national companies. Brendan is a cleared professional and understands the business of government, providing steam-lined value-add project and contracting solutions to complex client challenges.
