FFCRA Federal Contractors Guide

June 2, 2020

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires employers with less than 500 employees to provide up to 80 hours of paid sick leave for full-time employees who are subject to qualifying reasons noted in this e-book. The sick leave must be paid at specific rates and is capped depending on your employee’s qualifying reasons. This emergency sick leave does not replace any other sick leave offered by the company and will expire after December 31, 2020.

Download and use this guide to better understand your employer obligations under FFCRA, for tips on tracking new leave accounts necessary for tax credits and how FFCRA is impacting your federal contracts.
