For Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) borrowers that have reached or are approaching the end of their covered periods, forgiveness awaits. But long before the lender (and the SBA) can reach a decision about forgiveness, the PPP borrower must first prepare the forgiveness application. While there have been significant developments in the guidance around forgiveness over the last few months, there are still some unknowns. And even if you’re up-to-date on all the SBA’s frequently asked questions and Interim Final Rules, there are many nuances that can make completing the forgiveness application tricky.
Aronson LLC partners Mark Robins, Barbara Morgan, Jeff Gershen, and Bill Foote held a PPP webinar aimed at helping our clients and friends successfully navigate the forgiveness process. This session covers the ins and out of PPP loan forgiveness and arms you with what you need to know.
By viewing this webinar, you will:
- Catch up on recent PPP forgiveness developments
- Determine if Form 3508 or Form 3508EZ is right for you
- Recognize the pros and cons of applying early
- Understand the remaining forgiveness gray areas
