GSA Schedule experts Hope Lane and Vanessa Payne were featured speakers at the 2018 MCCC GovConNet Procurement Conference on May 18th in Rockville, MD. Throughout the conference, Hope and Vanessa updated new and experienced GSA Schedule contractors on what is currently going on in the GSA Schedules and government contracting environments.

In addition to stopping by the Expo Hall from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., attendees were able to meet and hear from our experts as they led the following two sessions:

GSA Schedule Holders: Transformative MAS Changes – What You Need to Know

Vanessa Payne moderated a panel of industry specialists on the changing MAS program.

GSA continues its push to transform the Multiple Award Schedule/Federal Supply Schedule (MAS/FSS) program, reducing prices, and streamlining processes. Vanessa and the panel will provide updates to the electronic contracting process, thoughts on the Order Level Materials (OLM) final rule, and the impact of GSA competitive pricing initiatives and market analysis on Schedule price negotiations. Government contractors who attended this session were able to disover how this will this affect their current GSA Schedule including existing prices, products, services, efforts to add new offerings, and possible plans for a follow-on contract schedule.
