The Benefits of Working at Aronson

Aronson invests in the development of our people, our greatest asset. We work with team members to help them chart their career paths. The firm has a dedicated Learning and Development team and robust technical, management, and leadership programs available to team members. For those pursuing the CPA designation, we provide Becker CPA Review at no cost, reimbursement for out-of-pocket CPA-related expenses, and a bonus for passing. We believe that when we help our people reach their full potential, we are all better for it.

Aronson’s diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives are guided by our people. Our goal is fostering an inclusive environment that allows each team member to show up as their authentic selves and unlock their potential. Our DI&B Council works with firm leadership to conduct annual surveys of team members on these initiatives and create meaningful change within the firm. Team members at all levels participate in mandatory unconscious bias and inclusive mindset training each year. Our Managing Partner has also signed the CEO Action Pledge for D&I, the firm recognizes key holidays throughout the year—such as MLK Day and Juneteenth—and we bring team members together to connect and learn from each other through Employee Resource Groups.

Aronson believes in balance for our team members. With flexible time off, team members can take the time they need, when they need it. In addition to FTO, Aronson offers a robust, gender neutral parental leave program to give caregivers time with their new additions. The firm also observes 13 paid holidays throughout the year, including closing during the entire week of Thanksgiving, as a thank you to team members.
