Aronson LLC Named a Top Workplace by the Washington Post for the 5th Time

For the 5th time, The Washington Post has named Aronson LLC as one of the D.C. area’s Top Workplaces. The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list spotlights the region’s top 150 companies with the highest ratings from their employees. In total, more than 1,300 companies were invited to participate and more than 104,000 employees were asked questions on how they view their jobs, their leadership, and the health of their organizations.

In the 2019 Top Workplaces profile, the Washington Post wrote, “This accounting and consulting firm sets itself apart from others by staying small and pouring resources into professional development. The company has resisted the urge to give up its independence or move beyond a single tight-knit office in Rockville, where more than 250 employees work. In a play on how accountants are often referred to as “bean counters,” Aronson holds a weekly bean-counting contest, in which employees are presented with large jars of beans and have to guess how many there are. The company also has a Chia Pet contest, therapy dog visits for stress relief and chair massages.”
