C. Scott Brannan, CPA, serves as an Officer in the Firm's Audit & Accounting and Quality Control Groups. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Loyola College in 1980 and his Master of Professional Accountancy in 1983, and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Scott’s clients, which include publicly traded companies and technology firms, benefit from his extensive SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley expertise.

Scott combines his strong technical background and previous experience as a controller for a Fortune-500 company to serve his clients’ audit needs and provide innovative business solutions. He specializes in evaluating transactions for compliance with financial reporting requirements, as well as due diligence efforts, international accounting, and other transactional support services.

Scott is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
