As Aronson’s Director of People Development, Thad Panik, CPA, CPLP, SPHR, PMP, is committed to the professional and personal growth of team members across the firm. With almost two decades of experience in the professional services industry, Thad has spent nearly ten years leading numerous learning and development functions.
Thad is primarily responsible for designing and developing internal training courses, new hire orientations, leadership programs, and onboarding programs. Before designing and implementing new programs, he proactively assesses current and future organizational needs. Thad takes a collaborative and team approach to educating Aronson’s emerging leaders. He specializes in business coaching, behavioral interviewing, project management, performance management, learning management systems, facilitation, and training design and development.
Prior to working at Aronson, Thad worked at both a “Big 4” and large accounting firm serving both external clients and internal staff members.
